Commitment to Quality


The ISO 9001:2015 standard sets the guidelines for standardizing quality control in the management of companies and entities. Certification under this standard is an advantage for a company, as it guarantees customers the safety and efficiency of the products or services purchased.

Galileo has been committed to the quality of its secondhand products since the beginning of its history. Before marketing, we test all our equipment using qualification procedures that are reflected in graphs and reports. If, despite this, something goes wrong once a device has been sold, our warranty covers any incident for the peace of mind of our customers.

Nevertheless, we want to continue moving forward and further strengthen our commitment to quality and reliability. In this regard, our company has been accredited since February 2025 under the ISO 9001:2015 standard through SGS.  

As leaders in the national market for used laboratory equipment, we believe it is our responsibility to improve the quality of our products, services, and processes, reduce potential incidents, and maintain these standards over time to increase customer satisfaction.
